Senior Software Engineer (2017 - 2024)

- Launched new generation VPS/Dedicated Hosting product.
- Migrated .NET 4.8 WCF services to .NET Core 8.0 Web Api services.
- Designed and developed web page for allowing customers to purchase server upgrades.
- Architected process for collecting database data and sending to AWS Data Lake allowing for product queries and reports to be generated.
- Ideated and developed Cypress tests for the front-end interface which increased test coverage by 50%.
- Organized meetings with customer support leads to brainstorm new features for internal support tools. Using the feedback collected, I implemented new features for support tools.
